Requirements
- Ideate, plan, and execute end-to-end demand generation programs
- Review, contact and qualify leads
- Warm up contacts by planning and executing effective email campaigns, follow up and social media engagement
- Make a minimum of 50 prospecting clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of working with QualiZeal
- Set up qualified meetings for the sales teams
- Schedule handover to sales/Testing Leaders with clear notes about the prospects existing set up and requirements
- 5+ years of calling/prospecting experience in the US market
- Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of 50 calls / 30 emails per day
- The AM-DG will be a trusted resource in developing relationships with prospects and acting as the initial point of contact in the sales process
Desirable attributes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; should be a great writer, exceptional conversationalist, and a patient listener.
- Excellent probing skills – Ability to understand challenges and pain areas of the prospect and articulate it efficiently to the sales team
- Ability to articulate value to prospects
- Ability to research prospects, map hierarchy and connect with C-level contacts in a decision-making capacity.
- Excellent CRM skills – Must have worked with at least 1 leading CRM tool (Salesforce.com, Zoho, etc.) with reporting expertise.
- Must have experience in the US market along with the willingness and ability to work in US time zones
- Willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain QualiZeal value proposition as it relates to everyone you speak with.
